Kullanım Koşulları — IronFable Studio

Bu koşullar IronFable Studio'nun ("biz") yayınladığı tüm mobil oyunlar için geçerlidir: The Last Blacksmith, Minibus Jam, Legacy of Ash, Stonekeep Guardians, Nova Strike, Ironfall ve ileride yayınlayacağımız oyunlar ("oyunlar"). Bir oyunu indirip oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Kullanım izni

Oyunları kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynaman için sana kişisel, devredilemez bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunların kodu, görselleri, sesleri ve metinleri bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Oyunları kopyalamak, değiştirip yeniden dağıtmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak, hile yazılımı kullanmak ya da reklam sistemini kötüye kullanmak (örneğin yapay tıklama) yasaktır.

Oyun içi para ve öğeler

Altın, yıldız, güçlendirici gibi oyun içi para ve öğeler yalnızca oyunun içinde kullanılabilir; gerçek paraya çevrilemez, başkasına devredilemez ve parasal bir değeri yoktur. Oyun dengesini korumak için bunların fiyatlarını ve etkilerini değiştirebiliriz.

Satın almalar ve iadeler

Tüm satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir.
İade talepleri Google Play'in iade politikasına göre Google tarafından değerlendirilir. Satın alımdan sonraki kısa süre içinde Google Play'den doğrudan iade isteyebilirsin; sorun yaşarsan bize de yazabilirsin.
"Reklamsız" gibi kalıcı satın almalar aynı Google hesabıyla oyunu yeniden yüklediğinde Satın almaları geri yükle düğmesiyle geri gelir. Tüketilen satın almalar (örneğin altın paketleri) oyun verisiyle birlikte telefonda saklanır; uygulama silinirse geri yüklenemez.
Kullanıldıktan sonra tüketilen dijital içerikte, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatının izin verdiği ölçüde cayma hakkı bulunmaz.

Reklamlar

Oyunlar ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamları içerir. Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır; ödül yalnızca reklam sonuna kadar izlenirse verilir. Reklamların içeriğinden reklamı veren taraf sorumludur.

Oyun verileri

Oyun ilerlemen telefonunda saklanır ve bizde yedeklenmez. Uygulamayı silmek ya da verilerini temizlemek ilerlemeni siler. Oyunlar yedekleme özelliği sunuyorsa yedeklerini almak senin sorumluluğundadır.

Güncellemeler ve hizmetin sona ermesi

Oyunları güncelleyebilir, içeriklerini değiştirebilir ya da yayından kaldırabiliriz. Bir oyunu kaldırmadan önce makul bir süre önceden oyun içinde ya da bu sitede duyurmaya çalışırız.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Oyunlar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki kanunların izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunların kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.

Gizlilik

Verilerin nasıl işlendiğini her oyunun gizlilik politikasında okuyabilirsin: The Last Blacksmith, Minibus Jam, Legacy of Ash, Stonekeep Guardians, Nova Strike, Ironfall.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Tüketicinin bulunduğu ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.

These terms apply to all mobile games published by IronFable Studio (“we”): The Last Blacksmith, Minibus Jam, Legacy of Ash, Stonekeep Guardians, Nova Strike, Ironfall and any games we release in the future (“the games”). By downloading or playing a game, you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the games for personal, non-commercial purposes. The games' code, art, sound and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify and redistribute, reverse engineer the games, use cheats, or abuse the advertising system (for example, through artificial clicks).

Virtual currency and items

Coins, stars, boosters and other virtual currency or items can only be used inside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to others, and have no monetary value. We may change their prices and effects to keep the game balanced.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund directly from Google Play shortly after purchase; if you have trouble, you can also write to us.
Permanent purchases such as “No Ads” come back when you reinstall the game with the same Google account and tap Restore purchases. Consumable purchases (such as coin packs) are stored on your phone with your game data and cannot be restored if the app is deleted.
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content once it has been consumed.

Advertising

The games are free and contain Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are always optional; the reward is granted only if the ad is watched to the end. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.

Game data

Your progress is stored on your phone and is not backed up by us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data erases your progress. Where a game offers a backup feature, keeping backups is your responsibility.

Updates and discontinuation

We may update the games, change their content or remove them from sale. We will try to announce the removal of a game reasonably in advance, in the game or on this site.

Limitation of liability

The games are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the games. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
